The Federal government has declared Monday May 2nd a public holiday to
commemorate workers day celebration which falls on Sunday May 1st. The
Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau announced this in a
statement released and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of
Interior, Bassey Akpanyung.
