Former Miss BumBum England, Jessica Lopes, did a very erotic and almost naked photo shoot in honor of Willian just outside the Stamford Bridge stadium ground in London, braving the very cold temperatures in London by this time of the year to strip for the mercurial winger.
Lopes in 2015 overcame Ovarian cancer and at the time even shaved her head to do a very dram filled photo shoot which garnered her a lot of fans at that moment.
