Maybe Justin Bieber just wanted there to be one less lonely guy in the world when he sent an underwear selfie to Mark Wahlberg. Or maybe he just wanted some approval from his big brother within the Calvin Klein Underwear ad family.
Wahlberg recently opened up to E! News' Maria Menounos about a scandalous pic the 21-year-old sent when he landed the iconic undie line position that the hunky actor didn't necessarily want.
"[Bieber] sent me a note saying he was doing [the Calvin Klein ad] and I was like, 'Oh, cool,' and then he sent me a picture and I was like, 'Dude don't send me a picture of you in your underwear. That's crossing the line," Marky Mark said.
Wait, you're saying you wouldn't want a nearly naked pic of Bieber? Suit yourself. More for us!
"I don't need to see a picture of you in your underwear," Wahlberg joked. "I'll probably see it when I'm driving down the street, and I'll still try to avoid it."
But is there any bad blood over the cover model rivalry? Evidently not, as according to Wahlberg, Bieber is "a very nice kid" and even came over to his "house to watch Entourage."
Wonder what the Ted 2 star's real-life leading lady thought of the hangout sesh? When the ads first debuted, Mark's wife, Rhea Durham, threw major shade on Twitter, writing, "My baby was the 1st and the best and not to mention.....wow the retouching."
And while Wahlberg's wife might not be too keen on the "Home to Mama" singer stripping down, you bet his fans went absolutely nuts when he suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a June 11 performance at a Calvin Klein event in Hong Kong.
"So it looks like I ripped my pants," Bieber teased. "You guys mind? Should I just take them off?"
Go right ahead, Biebs. We don't mind!
