Kate, 41, had attended the launch of a restaurant with X Factor judge Rita Ora, who performed a small set for a star-studded crowd that included Lindsay Lohan and Jo Wood.

But the supermodel continued the party and headed to favoured celebrity haunt Chiltern Firehouse, where she was seen steadying herself on the way in.

She was still wearing her wedding ring, despite not having been seen in public with her estranged husband Jamie Hince, 46, for almost five months.
