SIR Alan Sugar has attacked EastEnders’ Adam Woodyatt telling him he’s overweight and telling him to “SORT IT!”
The Apprentice star tweeted the actor, who plays Ian Beale on the BBC soap telling him he “looks like heart-attack material.”
Fans immediately waded in, mostly telling Sir Alan he was being “rude” and “a bit personal” although some admitted he was “harsh but fair”.
Sir Alan is well-known for being a huge EastEnders fan, who admits to having watched it for 30 years.
Earlier this year he praised Woodyatt, telling the Radio Times that he deserved a Bafta.
He said: “I think Adam Woodyatt, who plays Ian Beale, is superb. He deserves a Bafta, particularly for his performance in the live shows. He’s an actor who doesn’t get enough plaudits.”
He also weighed in on Danny Dyer, saying he was useless after he joined the show as Mick Carter.
But he now admits: “He got a bit upset… but I’ve changed my mind since then.”
