MEGAN McKenna and Pete Wicks might be TV’s hottest couple but it doesn’t look like they’ll be teaming up for a lovers’ duet after the aspiring pop babe shared a video of his failed attempts to bop to the beat.
The Towie lass is intent on proving her singing talent, enlisting the help of Ariana Grande’s producers for her debut album and most recently taking to Instagram to show she could pick out a tune.
Megan uploaded sweet scenes showing her and her reality TV hunk lying in bed and started the clip nodding her head to a tinny track with a pink John Lennon glasses filter over her face.
She turned her face from one side to the other in perfect timing yet things went pear-shaped when Pete - who she split with earlier this year - got involved and messed up the routine.
As the glasses switched to a blue colour he tried to mimic Megan's seamless grooving yet just couldn't grasp the timing.

Afterwards the video flicked from filer to real life mode and showed him giggling while snuggling into her shoulder.
Megan. 24, could be heard squealing: "One job, one job!" to which he moaned: "I can't do it."
The persistent pair then tried for a second attempt which ended just as badly.
Megan splashed the words: "Omg literally cant deal with Pete no beat," over the screen as she could be seen mouthing "F**ks sake," at the blunder.

Their musical antics came after the lovers had spent the day in Liverpool filming for the ITV show.
They wrapped up against the winter chill in huge coats and clutched cups of coffee to keep their hands warm as they got into the Christmas spirit for the show's festive special on the Mersey Ferry.
Pete wrapped his arm around Meg and pulled her close before planting a kiss on her head.
Later she was seen staring into his eyes as they enjoyed some alone time.

The Sun exclusively revealed Pete sent a series of x-rated messages to model Jacqui Ryland while on holiday with his co-star Megan.

Their drama reached a height when the Ex on the Beach star confronted him during filming for Towie in Marbella yet earlier this month she said they would be "starting afresh".
Speaking to Star magazine, Megan said she fully trusts Pete before adding: “We had a great spa weekend and we’re getting things back on track. We’re really happy.”

As well as started working in a studio to prepare for her upcoming launch, and hopes the Side to Side singer’s influence will put her in the right direction musically.
She told the Daily Star: “I’ve also worked on a song with someone who has written for Ariana Grande.
“That’s the sound I am going for – cool pop but which can also be turned into a good club track.”
Megan added that she hoped the new music will be released as early as the beginning of next year – but refuses to put anything out until she is completely satisfied.
