Shaikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the daughter of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, will be getting engaged to Shaikh Fasil Saud Khalid Al Qasimi tomorrow, November 29th. 
Shaikh Fasil is the nephew of Shaikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of State for Tolerance.

Her sister Shaikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum took to Instagram to congratulate her and share the happy news.
