Jane, now 20, spent about £4,500 from her lottery to do the surgical procedure. She flashed them after over drinking in the night club's photo-booth with friends as they celebrated Haloween.
“Clearly I took the photobooth a bit too far. I always wanted them done and I’m a lot happier and much more confident. I can wear proper dresses and I feel more like a woman. They’re up there with the best things I’ve bought.”More photos below...
