The 18-year-old, named locally as Rebeca Brock, was discovered by a cleaner in San Antonio.
There were apparently no signs of violence and cops suspect she died of natural causes.
A post-mortem is expected to test for drugs but there is no suggestion she had taken anything.
The Foreign Office said: “We can confirm the death of a British national in Ibiza. We are providing consular assistance to the family.”
Last week Danielle McCallum, 18, of Greenock, died in hospital of a suspected drug overdose in San Antonio. Her family said she was sick and on painkillers.
