The reality show favourite made sure everything was in order as she adjusted her two piece before dipping her legs into the cool waters.
With her sunglasses in her hair and sitting on a Frozen Fever towel, Jess, 27, caught up on some reading in the sunshine.
Jess and her boyfriend, who currently plays for super-league Rugby team Castleford, split from in June but the pair have since worked through their problems, resulting in a surprise Las Vegas engagement.
And the reality star could barely contain her excitement as her other half got down on one knee.
Their special moment was documented in a series of intimate photos, as Denny held up a diamond ring to his girlfriend.
With Denny getting the answer he’d hoped for, the pair locked lips and happily posed for photos in front of a stunning view of Las Vegas.

He later commented on his Instagram page: “SHE SAID YES .. Over the moon to have asked my best friend to marry me .. been through a lot but wouldn’t want it any other way”
