Desmond Elliot, Susan Peters, Oge Okoye, Yomi Casual, Akpororo, Rukky Sanda, Arinze Okonkwo, Iheme Nancy and other heavy weights in the movie industry were amongst the guests who graced the premiere of the intriguing movie.
Although, it started a bit behind schedule, but officially kicked off with a classic red carpet session where assorted snacks, drinks and fruits were served amidst paparazzi.
Moving to the cinema hall of Silverbird galleria, the epoch-making event witnessed an over filled hall with more people standing than sitting as friends from all genres of entertainment trooped in to support the movie diva.
Clad in an exquisite red dress, standing ovation greeted Ebube when she was called to say a few words after the movie was premiered.
The light skinned, curvy actress was filled with tears of joy and her emotions ran high as she poured out her words of appreciation to all those who spiced up her day.
“I am happy everything went as planned. I made the movie but the movie made me cry. I watched it like every other person and it made an impact on me that made me shed tears just like every other person that came out tonight. One of the lessons people will learn from this movie will be to set our priorities right.
Your life today determines your tomorrow and not everybody has the luxury of having a second chance in life. This is part of the things people don’t want to talk about, but the truth is that it happens every day. .I want to tell a story that people can learn from, not just making a movie for the sake of making it. Everyone makes a movie, one should have an edge over the next person,” she said.
The movie was directed by Afe Olumowe and it’s at the cinemas now.
