CHLOE Sims narrowly avoided an embarrassing slip as her boobs almost fell out of her dress as she enjoyed a night out in London.

The Only Way Is Essex star put on a busty display in an off-the-shoulder red velvet dress as she supported her cousin Frankie Essex at the launch of her fitness DVD.

The reality star clearly struggled with her revealing ensemble as she had to continuously pull up her dress, which gave quite the view of her ample cleavage.

Chloe’s dress also featured a slit which showed off her trim pins.

She elongated her legs with some black and perspex stilettos and topped off her look with a matching red velvet choker.

She wore her hair in a high ponytail and was later snapped beside Chanellle Hayes’s ex boyfriend Ziggy Lichman, who is a doorman at the DSTRKT nightclub in London.
