LUISA Zissman has admitted she regrets getting a boob job three years ago after becoming a mother for the second time this week.
The 29-year-old welcomed a little girl – Indigo Esme – into the world on Tuesday with husband Andrew Collins.
Just days later the former Aprentice runner-up has given fans in intimate inside into the early stages of motherhood as she revealed her engorged breasts.
Sharing a shot of herself with cabbage leafs on her nipples and iced towels, the mum-of-two admitted she wasn’t having second thoughts about getting her breasts enlarged.
She wrote: “Cabbage leafs and iced towels in plastic bags, the glamorous life of motherhood ???????????????? regretting that boob job right about now. #engorged #massivemelons.”
Her candid post went down very well with her fans who praised her for opening up about the struggles of breast feeding.
One woman commented: “I love seeing your posts. You seem so nice and down to earth. Hope the little baby is well.”
While others offered her sympathy: “????aw bless its horrible isn’t it???? mine were like boulders! A few days and they will ease????xx”
Luisa underwent a boob job, going from 32C to 32E, back in 2013 following the birth of daughter Dixie.
Speaking about her decision at the time, she said: “When you are pregnant you can lose sight of who you are and, for me, getting a boob job was part of being me again.
“My boob had turned into empty sacks after my pregnancy, so I had them boosted from 32C to a 32E.”
Yesterday Luisa revealed she had given birth by sharing the first picture of her newborn’s fingers wrapped in hers.
She accompanied it writing: “She’s here! Born Tuesday 2nd August at 9.21pm weighing a very healthy 8.1lbs (where was she hiding in my little bump?!) daddy won’t let me post any pics of her ???? so this is all you’ll get but she’s perfect in every way.
“I had a perfect hypnobirth in water, she was born very quickly after a 1hr labour with no pain relief. I love giving birth!! It’s the most amazing thing ever!
“Finally home from hospital & enjoying being a family of 4! ???????? Oh and her name : Indigo Esme Collins

Indigo is Luisa’s second child as she also has five-year-old daughter Dixie from her first marriage to Oliver Zissman.
Her daughter Dixie welcomed her mum and new sister back home with an adorable banner and balloons.
Delighted Luisa shared a picture of the cute scene, which also showed numerous bunched of flowers and congratulation cards.
She captioned it: “Dixies welcome home to mummy & Indigo too cute (not sure why she wrote Luisa & not mummy! ????????).”

Luisa began dating Andrew in October 2013 and, just a year later, they got engaged in October 2014.
They sparked rumours they had got married in France last July when Luisa posted a photograph of a bride walking down the aisle, but she’s only just confirmed the reports.
