Three police officers have been stripped of their powers since the shooting last week.
O'Neal's family and community activists saw the videos on Friday at the HQ of the Independent Police Review Authority.
An investigation is being carried out into what happened.
The family's attorney Michael Oppenheimerk, said the video showed officers taking "street justice into their own hands" and they were left so distraught by the footage they could not speak to waiting media.
